Intimacy Choreography & Stage Combat Workshop with Maya Herbsman and Dave Maier

12:00 pm - 5:00 pm

This unique, one day introductory workshop brings together two disciplines regularly encountered by theatre artists. Both disciplines combine an awareness of physical and emotional safety with an eye toward creating artistically exciting moments on stage. Practices for negotiating consent are paired with practical methods for creating the illusion of violence and intimacy in a collaborative and safe environment.
